1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the player ("you" or "user") using the inf998 platform (inf998.mom) and the service provider operating the inf998 platform ("we").

By accessing the inf998 website, registering an account, or using the platform in any way, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you should not continue using the platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

2Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration

Each player must register only one account to play at inf998. Only accurate and genuine personal information may be submitted during registration. False or fake submissions are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Sole Ownership

An account must belong to the registered player alone. You may not allow a friend, family member, or any third party to play using your credentials, make deposits, or access your account.

2.3 Password Security

Keeping your account and password secure is your own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone under any circumstances. If you notice any unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

2.4 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change, notify inf998 right away and update your information. The platform is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate personal information on file.

3Age Restriction

The inf998 platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform for any reason.

By registering an account, the player declares and accepts that they comply with the laws of their relevant region or country and that they are not violating any law in doing so.

If there is any doubt about a player's age, we have the right to request appropriate proof of age. If a false age is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit any remaining credits.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

inf998 supports deposits and withdrawals via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. These services are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases it may take a little longer due to bank schedules and verification checks.

4.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Verification

When reviewing deposit and withdrawal requests, we reserve the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious activity. Under our financial requirements, players must use only their own bank or payment service; payments from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.5 Transaction Fees

inf998 has no control over any fees charged by the bank or payment service provider during transactions, so those fees are the player's own responsibility.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For players making their first deposit at inf998, a 120% welcome bonus is offered — 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

• Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. You must wager 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks before withdrawing.
• Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 820,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks before withdrawing.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Players who receive the welcome bonus must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus and any associated winnings. Any game on the platform can be played to meet this wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — one player, one set of personal details, one IP address, one payment card. This rule applies to all welcome bonuses.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• The wagering requirement period starts from the day the bonus is received and must be completed within the number of days we have set.

5.4 Promotion Changes

inf998 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If fraud or misconduct related to a promotion is detected, we reserve the right to immediately void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

The inf998 platform provides fair and transparent games for players. Game results are based on Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring no manipulation from any side.

6.2 How to Place Bets

Players can place bets in games using their own balance. Once a bet is placed, the decision cannot be changed. Bets lost due to server issues or disconnections will be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.

6.3 Game Result Disputes

After the outcome of a game round is determined, players have no right to request a change to that result. A review will only be conducted if a technical error can be proven to have caused an incorrect outcome.

6.4 Play Time Limits

Gaming must be done for entertainment purposes only, and in line with our Responsible Gaming policy, players can set limits on their own play.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the inf998 platform:

• Opening more than one account or creating fake accounts to claim a bonus more than once
• Committing financial crimes through money mule accounts
• Tampering, hacking, or attempting to breach the platform's software, database, or security systems
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party software on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities (such as arbitrage or bonus abuse)
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff
• Providing a false age to bypass the minimum age requirement

If any of these violations are detected, the account will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Violations that break the law may also be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure Requested by Player

Players who wish to close their account can contact our 24/7 Customer Support to request closure. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension by the Platform

If we determine that these terms and conditions have been violated, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account without their prior consent. If the closure is due to a confirmed violation, any remaining winnings may also be forfeited.

8.3 Protective Restrictions

If gambling dependency is detected or requested by the player themselves, we can arrange deposit limits, play time limits, or self-exclusion in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

9Personal Data Protection

Players' personal data will not be sold or disclosed to external third parties without their explicit consent — except where required by legal proceedings or financial compliance checks.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the inf998 platform accepts no responsibility for any losses, damages, or costs arising from the following situations:

• Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
• Delays or failures caused by technical service issues on the part of a third party
• Losses resulting from a third party accessing an account that the player left open
• Game interruptions caused by internet connection drops
• Problems arising from incorrect personal information submitted by the player

This limitation does not apply to losses caused by our own fraud or gross negligence.

11Terms and Conditions Changes

inf998 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Major changes will be announced clearly on the platform, and the date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made means the player accepts the updated terms and conditions. We recommend checking this page regularly.
